My favorite dish: Chicken, rice and broccli
Chicken, rice, and broccli is such a classic dish for anyone that needs a healthy meal. The way I make it is I cook my chicken with salt,pepper, and cumin. Most people do not use cumin and that is what makes the chicken taste like heaven. It is soft in the inside and delious on the out. My rice is pretty simple I just wash the rice and then use some olive oil and minced garlic so the rice can be smooth and soft when it is ready. Finall the broccli is a simple vegetable to have some greens on the dish. Most people say this is a basic dish, but I have tested many spices and found the one just for me. Also, this is a very good meal for people trying to lose weigth and gain muscles. Overall no one can go wrong with this dish, it is an all time favorite by many fitness people.
